you have to copy the code fromyoutube or google and paste it using "source"

Hi..l dont know if your asking for your own movie or not if just adding youtube or google so its easy just copy embed of that video then when you open ur page with source view then paste it thats all if for your own movie you must have an ftp account from other server then u can add it into ur webpage with lFRAME CODE.
