help please

hey guys im creating a website for my tickets football collection.

Would like to know if is possible add a banner in my website that is created in CSS.

i added a banner with css code, but with that code when i past into the extended settings -> text at top of page, the color background code i had there just desapear and now my background color was reseted to default (white)

how can i have both codes to have the background color modified (silver) and to have the banner same time?


Also would like to know how can i make this kind of ''separations'' in sub category of the tickets section to add my pictures and title of the tickets here are a example that i would like to have in my website:

Just last question about publicity banner, any possibility to remove it?
