Hello. Where do I put the Meta Tag EXACTLY in my homepage to register it for Google?

Will you please point this out? Your help will be Gratefully appreciated. I've tried numerous times to no avail.

This is the first 9 lines of my 'Home page" without the html editor.

The pain is back, but this time lower. It feels like someone stuck an ice pick in my belly button. BUT, I did have one good thought on this procedure. If I ate that much toilet paper, and eventually it will come out when I doo-doo, will I need to wipe?
I mean shouldn't eating the toilet paper cut out the middle man. I think I'm on to something here. Wipeless doo-doo by eating toilet paper. Dig up Edison ,we got something to tell him.
5:20 pm: It's going to be a long night.
Sunday, I passed the screw. It caused less damage than I thought it would, and after carefully sifting through my own stool, I have found zero evidence of the toilet paper ever existing.

hi dear freinds

freemusictutorials
if u like to add key words to meta tags go to
manage extras ==> add extra ==> meta-tags(small extra)
that u can add the key words there
then it'll be add it automaticly to ur web page by OFW
by the way meta tags are not important now for most search engines
it's better to change from HTML to XHTML and add heading tags and have many out links.

any way this is the place for meta tag :
