Post subject: Buttons???

Hi, I'm working on a page that has other pages embedded on it. I am looking for code to control each embedded page specifically with out diverting from the original start page. Sort of like mini browsers embedded to the home page. I need the code for the buttons "Refresh" , "Back", and "FWD". Can anyone help me out with this?

www.webmastershop.page.tl has all u need go to bottom and click buttons (NOT FOR RED DESIGN)
