Up to now, we have always celebrated the date of launching of the webme GmbH, the operating company of the www.Own-Free-Website.com, as its birthday.
However, the Own-Free-Website itself has already existed before.

Today exactly seven years ago, on the 5. April 2006 at 20:47:40, the first user registered to our site and this event can be referred to as the real hour of birth of the Own-Free-Website.
Today - seven years later- we have 11 million members worldwide!! Yeah!!

This is why we are celebrating the 7th birthday of the Own-Free-Website today!
