Forgot password

In paginawebgratis.es (the same owners, I think) I have an account, but I forgot the password. I tried to receive a new password via email, but there's a problem... when I receive the email, the only thing thah is in the email is this text:

I know it's a different website, but the owners are the same, I think, so I supose they could do something...
