you can use your "
Manage pages" (http://www.own-free-website.com/editpage.php) option to edit your website's content. You'll find there all of you pages, create new ones and edit their content
Let's suppose you want to edit your main page content:
1) Click on your "Manage pages" link:
http://www.own-free-website.com/editpage.php
2) Find you home page:

3) Click on your Home page icon and you'll find the HTML editor:

4) Use the editor to add content like text, images, etc:
