Adding new page

I need help!
I did create a new page titled "Forum".
I made one, but how can the people leave a comment there?
I mean I need a box, where they can put a text.
How can I do this?

I saw some examples of website here and they are all on the center.
How can I do it on my website? I mean as you can see my one is on the left side only.
I want to put it on the middle.

Is there also any more way to decorate my Website?
