Hello, why don't you create a badword list for the comments?
Way:
Create a badword list (on the left side of page) & you can add 'I.P' to the box.
For editing comments extra:

For editing guestbook extra:
http://www.own-free-website.com/extras.php?extra=gbook&mode=edit
