Post subject: My Site is Hacked---Pleae Help

I have many links under my navigation bar which are in Russian. these links leads to some porno sites. I have not put them there. Please help me remove this.

Hi,

Maybe you add a html code there.
Delete all HTML Codes from "Change Design", what you add recently.
