Uploading images to your profile is very easy. You only have to go to your login area (http://www.own-free-website.com/login.php) and then click on "Personal preferences". There you'll see the "Profile picture" box. It's as simple as choose an image from your computer and click the button to upload it.
PD= I had to remove your external blog link because it isn't allowed to promote external sites on the forum. You can do it on your website
