My Own Template?

Hi everyone. My name is Daniel and im creating the website "http://www.northamericanmobsters.page.tl". I have one big question, though. I want to program my OWN TEMPLATE WITHOUT A BASE TEMPLATE. It seems that no matter what "advance setting" I check, there is still a base template present on my webpage... Is it possible to have no base template using this host? i DO NOT want a base template, but rather to create my own. I am pretty sure this is possible. If you will look here "http://www.clanzs.es.tl" , you will see they don't have a base template, but have insted programmed their own (I know these guys but they don't speak english so they offered no help on this issue). Can I do the same?
