Can you please tell me how to add your website to google.com? or if someone has already added his/her website to google before please help me.

Mr. Fritz i want to ask , is there any other option to add ur website rather than www.google.com/addurl? i mean, good websites are properly configured and optimized according to popular search engines like msn,yahoo & google. Best way to check whether ur website is added in google is throgh google webmaster tools , google webmaster tools say that it wants to verify your website and it checks this by checking google code in it or add googlexxxxxxxxxx.html page (u can see these two options in google webmaster tools). lets say first option is out which is adding google code, another option is "googlexxxxxxx.html" (a *.html page) page , your pages are with extension " *.htm " . I want a single page with *.html extension, how can i add a page with .html extension in my website area? another question is i want to add my site map to google in *.txt format by putting this in my website, how this could be done?

you cannot upload a html-file, sorry.
Google automatically scans the web. But the bot doesn't "know" of your page, so it hast to find it. Now there are 2 options:
1) You tell google manually about your page (the addurl-thing)
2) Some popular pages which already ARE in the google search index link to your page. The bot will check the link and also scan your page. This method takes several weeks and it's also very hard to have a link on a very "famous" page to your page.
when i search fccollege.page.tl in google it gives me results from the forums of own-free-website, but the thing is i want my webpage in google directly indexed, like
MY title on the home page

look, you just have to add some META-tags to every page
add the url of your main page to google
and in a couple of weeks the bot will index your pages and add your site in the directory
google is the largest bot so you'll need to have some time.
every 2 weeks the bot refreshes his pages so ... be patient
I have added my url but I didn't add meta-tags to my pages, cause my site is in it's first stadium. And olso cause I'm not verry interested in the mas, I want quality,no quantity
